Why do I see different prices for the same product?

You could see different prices for the same product, as it could be listed by many Sellers

The item I received is damaged/faulty, can I replace it?

If you've received a damaged or faulty item, take it to your nearest store or email Customer Support at or calling us on +679 3373111, who will assist you with replacing your product or process a refund.

Do PBVL  ship internationally?

Currently, PBVL only ships within Fiji and pacific countries.

Is installation offered for all products?

Currently, we do not provide installation services for any products as we are working towards it, on the better side you could contact our Glitz Lighting and Electrical team for installation procedures.

What does 'Out of Stock' mean?

An item is marked as 'Out of stock' when it is not available with any sellers at the moment; you won't be able to buy it now.  Once the item is available with us we would update our stock count for purchase.

How are items packaged?

Products sold by PBVL are shipped in packages with waterproof plastic wrap. Fragile items like Lights are safely secured with bubble wrap. We also follow standard packing procedure

Why do I see a 'delivery charge'?

It usually costs us more to ship some items. So, sometimes we choose to add a delivery charge. The delivery charge is waived off some times if you shop with them for a certain amount. 

Can I cancel my order?

We encourage our customers to be full aware of products they plan to purchase. However, at times our customers may realize that they have ordered wrong item after confirming the order. We PBVL permit those customers to cancel their order within 24 hours from the time they confirmed the order.
